There are really three Annettas - Annetta, Annetta North, and Annetta South - three small towns in east Parker County that grew out of one original community and still feel like one. They sit just west of Aledo, between there and Weatherford, and they share what matters: Aledo ISD, some of the best schools in the area, and a country setting of rolling land, creeks, mature oaks, and hilltops with views that reach back to the Fort Worth skyline. The homes are acreage homes, and the painting fits that.
The high end out here is the gated estate communities and the acreage neighborhoods. La Madera is widely called the finest in the Aledo district, with custom homes on three acres and up. Bear Creek Ranch is a gated community of two-acre-plus hilltop and creek lots, and Oakcrest Hills sits up in Annetta North. Off the winding, tree-lined stretch of Old Annetta Road are quieter neighborhoods where the homes are tucked so far back you could mistake them for private ranches. These are big custom houses on real land, and painting one is a full project - a large exterior, an open interior, and the grounds that come with it.
Two things shape the work here. First, masonry: the gated communities require mostly brick-and-stone exteriors, so a lot of the exterior work is masonry - repainting, lightening, or limewashing brick and stone rather than just siding. Second, the land. These are horse properties and acreage estates, which means fencing, gates, barns, paddocks, workshops, and pergolas - a lot of outdoor wood sitting in full sun that needs the right stain to hold up. We come out to the acreage and treat the whole place as the job, house and grounds together.
Annetta North runs to the higher end of the three, Annetta South and Annetta each have their own pockets, but the approach is the same across all of them: match the work to the house and the land, prep it for the country sun and wind, and leave it clean. And getting here is no question for us - we are a Fort Worth company, and we already work Aledo and Weatherford on either side of the Annettas, so this stretch of east Parker County is part of our map.
From a custom home in a gated estate community to a horse property on acreage, we handle the whole place. Here is what that covers.
Walls, trim, and ceilings, finishing the open, high-ceilinged rooms these custom acreage homes are built with, or bringing an older interior current. Low-odor products and clean work that keeps the home livable, whether it is a few rooms or a whole-home refresh.
The masonry these homes are mostly built from, since the gated communities require brick-and-stone exteriors. We repaint, lighten, or limewash brick and stone with breathable finishes, and repair and match stucco, which is often the biggest change you can make to an acreage home's look.
The full exterior, washed, prepped, and repainted for the country sun and wind that are hard on a finish out here. Body, trim, fascia, and doors, done so it holds up, on the big elevations these acreage homes carry.
The wood a horse property and an acreage estate are full of — fencing, gates, barns, paddocks, workshops, and pergolas — stained and sealed with the right product so it holds up outdoors instead of graying. The part of an acreage property most painters skip, and a big part of keeping one looking right.
Whether it is one room, a full exterior, or a property's worth of fencing, we keep the job organized, clean, and easy to live around from the first walkthrough to the last.
We come out, walk the property, look at the materials and condition, help with color, and flag any HOA or architectural approval for exterior work in the gated communities. You get a clear written estimate with no guesswork.
Prep is where the finish is won. We wash, scrape, sand, caulk, and prime what needs it, repair wood, masonry, and stucco, and cover your floors, furniture, and landscaping before any paint or stain goes on.
The same crew runs your job start to finish, low-odor inside and careful outside, matching the right product to the house, the masonry, and the outdoor wood. We keep the site clean and clean up at the end of every day.
We walk it with you at the end, touch up anything that needs it, and do not call it done until it looks right up close - house, trim, masonry, and wood alike.
We are a Fort Worth company, based off Cordova Avenue, and east Parker County is already our territory - we work Aledo and Weatherford on either side of the Annettas. We know these homes, from the gated estate communities like La Madera and Bear Creek Ranch to the acreage homes along Old Annetta Road and the horse properties throughout all three towns, and the masonry and outdoor wood that come with them.
You get careful work, clean job sites, color expertise, and an honest read on what your home and property need. We keep the same crew on your job from the first walkthrough to the last, and we are easy to reach the whole way through.

We paint throughout all three Annettas and the surrounding east Parker County towns.
Annetta, Annetta North, and Annetta South, including La Madera, Bear Creek Ranch, Oakcrest Hills Estates, the Old Annetta Road neighborhoods, and the acreage estates throughout.
Aledo, Weatherford, Willow Park, Hudson Oaks, and the rest of Parker County and west Fort Worth. In the Annettas or nearby? Just ask.
Interior and exterior painting, brick, stone, and limewash work, stucco repair, cabinet refinishing, and staining for fencing, barns, and outdoor wood, plus drywall repair. We treat the whole property as one finished look and match the work to what each home and its grounds are built from.
All three — Annetta, Annetta North, and Annetta South — including the gated estate communities like La Madera, Bear Creek Ranch, and Oakcrest Hills Estates, the acreage neighborhoods along Old Annetta Road, and the horse properties throughout. We also work the towns around them: Aledo, Weatherford, Willow Park, and Hudson Oaks.
Yes, and the whole property, not just the house. We paint the big custom homes on acreage and stain the fencing, gates, barns, paddocks, and pergolas a horse property carries — wood in full sun that needs the right product to last. We come out to the acreage and treat it all as the job.
Yes. We paint in La Madera, Bear Creek Ranch, and the other gated communities, which have architectural and color guidelines on exterior work. We flag your community's process during the estimate, help you choose an approved palette, and work with gated-entry scheduling.
Yes, and a lot of the exterior work here is masonry, since the gated communities require brick-and-stone exteriors. We repaint, lighten, or limewash brick and stone with breathable finishes that let the masonry breathe, which is often the biggest change you can make to an acreage home's look.
We do, and it is no stretch. We are a Fort Worth company that already works Aledo and Weatherford, the towns right on either side of the Annettas, so this part of east Parker County is part of our normal territory. Coming out to the acreage is a regular part of what we do.
