Benbrook is home for us. We are based off Cordova Avenue in southwest Fort Worth, right against the Benbrook line, so this is not a city we drive out to - it is our own corner. It is built around Benbrook Lake, with the Trinity Trails running up Winscott Road into Fort Worth, and it runs at a slower pace than the rest of the metro. It also covers a real range of homes, and the painting follows that range.
At the high end, Benbrook and its western edge hold some of Fort Worth's most private addresses. Montserrat is a guard-gated enclave of two-acre estates, Montrachet sits right beside it with newer custom homes and long views over the ranch land, and La Cantera at Team Ranch is a guarded community of custom homes inside Benbrook itself. Out toward the ranch country there are gated acreage estates on several acres, and Whitestone Ranch is built around its golf course. Just to the northeast, Mira Vista - a gated golf community and one of the highest-end addresses in this part of town - is effectively next door. These are big custom homes, and they are painted to match: careful prep, clean lines, and an eye for the finish they are held to.
Most of Benbrook, though, is established neighborhoods - brick ranches with wide yards, updated traditionals in Westpark and Meadows West, and the homes around the lake - plus the established Ridglea neighborhoods just up the road, where a lot of solid older homes are ready for updating. This is the bread and butter of what we do here: repainting a tired exterior, lightening dated brick, bringing a 1980s or '90s interior current, and refinishing a kitchen. These homes are built to stay in, and people want them looking right.
Whichever end of Benbrook your home sits in, the work is the same idea: match the approach to the house, prep it properly for the Texas sun, and leave it clean. We handle the HOA color approval that comes with the gated and master-planned communities, and we know the lake exposure that weathers a finish faster near the water. Being right here means we are easy to reach and quick to get to, start to finish.
From a brick ranch near the lake to a gated estate in Montserrat, we handle the whole house. Here is what that covers.
Walls, trim, and ceilings, most often bringing dated builder colors and older finishes current in the established homes, and finishing the open, high-ceilinged rooms in the custom and estate homes. Low-odor products and clean work that keeps the house livable.
The full exterior, prepped for Texas sun on brick, stone, and stucco homes alike, with extra attention near the lake where the exposure is harder on a finish. We wash, prep, and repaint the body, trim, fascia, and doors, and lighten or whiten dated brick when that is the update you want.
The masonry these homes wear. Breathable finishes or limewash on brick, careful work around stone, and crack repair and texture matching on the stucco the Mediterranean-style customs and estates carry, with the foundation honestly flagged when a crack points that way.
Kitchen cabinets and built-ins sprayed to a smooth, hard finish, plus the decks, pergolas, fences, and gates these larger lots and acreage estates are full of, stained and sealed to hold up outdoors. The fastest way to update a kitchen without a remodel, and the way to keep outdoor wood from graying.
Whether it is one room or a whole-home refresh, we keep the job organized, clean, and easy to live around from the first walkthrough to the last.
We walk the home with you, look at the materials and condition, help with color, and flag any HOA approval for exterior work in the gated and master-planned communities. You get a clear written estimate with no guesswork.
Prep is where the finish is won. We wash, scrape, sand, caulk, and prime what needs it, repair drywall and stucco, and cover your floors, furniture, and landscaping before any paint goes on.
The same crew runs your job start to finish, low-odor inside and careful outside, so the home stays livable while we work. We keep the site clean and clean up at the end of every day.
We walk it with you at the end, touch up anything that needs it, and do not call it done until you are happy with how it looks up close.
We are a Fort Worth company, based off Cordova Avenue, and Benbrook is right next door - our own southwest corner of the city, not a job we drive out to. We know these homes, from the brick ranches and lake-area homes to the golf-course homes in Whitestone Ranch and the guard-gated estates in Montserrat, Montrachet, and La Cantera, and the HOA color rules that come with the gated communities.
You get careful work, clean job sites, color expertise, and an honest read on what your home needs. We keep the same crew on your job from the first walkthrough to the last, and because we are close, we are easy to reach the whole way through.
We paint throughout Benbrook and the surrounding southwest Fort Worth neighborhoods.
Montserrat, Montrachet, La Cantera at Team Ranch, Whitestone Ranch, Hawthorne Park, the Benbrook Lake areas, Westpark, and the acreage estates west toward the ranch land.
Mira Vista, Tanglewood, the Ridglea neighborhoods, Aledo, and the rest of Fort Worth and DFW. In Benbrook or nearby? Just ask.
Interior and exterior painting, brick and limewash, stone and stucco work, cabinet refinishing, wood staining, and drywall repair — across the gated estates, golf-course homes, and established neighborhoods here. We treat the whole home as one finished look and match the work to what each house is built from.
All of them — the guard-gated estates in Montserrat, Montrachet, and La Cantera at Team Ranch, the golf-course homes in Whitestone Ranch, Hawthorne Park, the acreage estates, and the established neighborhoods and lake-area homes. We also work the Mira Vista community next door and the Ridglea neighborhoods just up the road.
Yes. We paint the guard-gated custom homes in Montserrat, Montrachet, and La Cantera and the acreage estates west toward the ranch land — big exteriors and interiors that take real scoping and prep. We work with gated-entry scheduling and handle the HOA color approval those communities require.
Yes. The gated and master-planned communities here review exterior color, so submitting your colors before painting matters. We flag your HOA's process during the estimate, help you choose a palette that fits the rules, and bring samples so you can see the colors on your own home.
Yes, and it is one of the most popular updates on the brick homes and ranches here. We lighten or whiten dated brick with breathable finishes or limewash rather than heavy paint that seals the surface, which modernizes an exterior more than almost anything else.
As local as it gets. We are a Fort Worth company based off Cordova Avenue in southwest Fort Worth, right against the Benbrook line, so Benbrook is our own corner rather than a drive across the metro. We know these neighborhoods and the homes in them firsthand.
