How We Cover DFW
We are based off Cordova Avenue in southwest Fort Worth, and our map grows out from there. Closest to home are the Fort Worth neighborhoods we can reach in minutes are the streets around TCU and Tanglewood, the historic near south side, the west side along the river, and the gated enclaves off Bryant Irvin.
North and northeast, we work the ring of towns from Southlake and Westlake through Colleyville, Keller, and Grapevine, plus North Richland Hills, Trophy Club, Roanoke, Haslet, and up to Flower Mound.
West, we follow I-20 into Parker County - Benbrook on the way out, then Aledo, Walsh, the Annettas, and Weatherford. That is horse country, and the work changes with it: more acreage, more fencing, more barns. South, we run down I-35W and 287 to Burleson and Mansfield.
East is the long side of our map. We paint Arlington, and we take on Dallas - Highland Park, University Park, and the neighborhoods around them.
Fort Worth Neighborhoods
The historic near south side
The early-1900s neighborhoods south of downtown are some of our favorite work in the city - Park Hill, Berkeley Place, Ryan Place, Fairmount, Colonial Hills, and Mistletoe Heights, plus the streets around them near Magnolia and TCU.
The TCU and southwest side
The neighborhoods around TCU, Tanglewood, and the country clubs are our backyard - Tanglewood, Overton Woods, Mira Vista, and Westover Hills, along with Overton Park, Westcliff, Montserrat, and the Ridglea area.
The west side and the lake
Along the river and out to the northwest - Arlington Heights, Crestwood, and Rivercrest near the Cultural District, plus Monticello and Riverhills, and Eagle Mountain Lake with its waterfront homes and a dedicated dock and wood staining page.
North and Northeast Tarrant
The Southlake and Grapevine ring
Southlake, Westlake, Colleyville, Keller, and Grapevine sit shoulder to shoulder, and we cover all five - from Vaquero and the gated estates to the historic Main Street district and the Lake Grapevine shoreline.
The 114 and Alliance corridors
North Richland Hills, Trophy Club, Roanoke, and Haslet round out the north side, from the custom homes of Thornbridge to the master-planned streets and acreage of the Alliance corridor, where Haslet also has its own fence and wood staining page. Up in Denton County, Flower Mound wraps around the north shore of Lake Grapevine.
West and Parker County
The Aledo corridor and beyond
Benbrook sits right against our southwest Fort Worth base, and from there the corridor runs west through Aledo, the Walsh community, the three Annettas, and out to Weatherford, the Cutting Horse Capital, which carries its own fence and barn staining page. We also work Willow Park, Hudson Oaks, and the acreage in between.
South of Fort Worth
Down I-35W and 287, the next towns out from our own corner of the city.
Burleson and Mansfield
Burleson is the next stop south of our base, from the gated acreage estates to the lake and golf communities, with its own wood staining page for the fencing and hilltop barns. Mansfield anchors the southeast, and we reach Crowley and Joshua along the way.
Arlington, Dallas, and the East
The east side of our map, from mid-cities to the Park Cities.
Arlington and the Park Cities
We cover Arlington and its enclaves, then continue east to Dallas, where we paint Highland Park, University Park, and the neighborhoods around them - Preston Hollow, Bluffview, Lakewood, and the M Streets among them. It is the far side of our map, and we plan those jobs accordingly.

Do you charge extra to come to my town?
No. We price the job, not the drive. Every area named on this page is inside our normal working range, and the estimate you get covers everything — there is no separate travel line hiding in it.
My neighborhood is not listed — will you still come?
Almost certainly. This page names the places we work most, not the outer limit of where we will go. If you are near anything on this map, send the form or ask, and we will give you a straight answer.
