Mansfield sits on the southeast side of the metro, between Fort Worth, Dallas, and Joe Pool Lake, and it has grown fast. Families come for the Mansfield ISD schools, the two golf courses, and the parks along Walnut Creek, and they stay and build. The result is a city with an older heart - a historic mid-1800s downtown - surrounded by a steady wave of new construction.
The homes split into two kinds, and the painting follows. There are the established homes around Walnut Creek Country Club, going back to the 1970s, on tree-lined streets named after golfers, some right on the course. And there are the newer master-planned and custom communities - M3 Ranch, South Pointe, Lakes of Creekwood, Strawberry Fields, the acreage and brick-paved streets of Arbors of Creekwood - full of open-concept brick-and-stone homes with tall ceilings, gourmet kitchens, pergolas, and pools.
Most of our work here is the same thing those owners want. On the established homes it is refreshing what has aged - repainting a tired exterior, lightening or updating brick, bringing a dated interior current. On the newer homes it is the first real repaint, plus the interior updates that come a few years in, taking the builder colors and the grays of the 2010s to something warmer. Either way these are homes people plan to stay in, and they want them looking right.
The work changes with the house. The brick-and-stone exteriors get prepped for the Texas sun, with extra attention on the golf-course-facing and west walls that fade first; the gourmet kitchens are a natural for refinished cabinets; and the decks, pergolas, pool areas, and acreage fencing want staining to hold up outdoors. Most of the master-planned communities review exterior color, so we handle that approval step with you. We match the approach to what your home is built from and what it needs.
From an established Walnut Creek home to a new custom in M3 Ranch, we handle the whole house. Here is what that covers.
Walls, trim, and ceilings, most often bringing dated builder colors and 2010s grays current in the open-concept homes here. We use low-odor products, keep the house livable around your family, and handle the tall walls and great rooms these floor plans are full of.
The full exterior, prepped for Texas sun on brick-and-stone homes and the older homes around Walnut Creek alike. We wash, prep, and repaint the body, trim, fascia, soffits, and doors, and we lighten or whiten dated brick with breathable finishes when that is the update you want.
The masonry these homes wear. Breathable finishes or limewash on brick, careful work around stone, and crack repair and texture matching on the stucco and synthetic EIFS some of the Mediterranean customs carry, with the foundation honestly flagged when a crack points that way.
The gourmet kitchens these homes are built around, plus vanities and built-ins, sprayed to a smooth, hard finish that holds up to a busy household. Refinishing dated or builder cabinets is the fastest way to update a Mansfield kitchen without a full remodel.
Whether it is one room or a whole-home refresh, we keep the job organized, clean, and predictable from the first walkthrough to the last.
We walk the home with you, look at the materials and condition, help with color, and flag your HOA's approval process for exterior work. You get a clear written estimate with no guesswork and no surprise line items.
Prep is where the finish is won. We wash, scrape, sand, caulk, and prime what needs it, repair drywall and stucco, and cover your floors, furniture, landscaping, and pool area before any paint goes on.
The same crew runs your job start to finish, low-odor inside and careful outside, so the home stays livable while we work. We keep the site clean and clean up at the end of every day.
We walk it with you at the end, touch up anything that needs it, and do not call it done until you are happy with how it looks up close.
We are a Fort Worth company, based off Cordova Avenue, and we work Mansfield and the southeast side of the metro often. We know these homes - the established homes around Walnut Creek Country Club and the new brick-and-stone customs in M3 Ranch, South Pointe, and Lakes of Creekwood - the fast growth out here, and the HOA color rules that come with a master-planned community.
You get careful work, clean job sites, color expertise, and an honest read on what your home needs. We keep the same crew on your job from the first walkthrough to the last, and we are easy to reach the whole way through.
We paint throughout Mansfield and the surrounding southeast-side communities.
Walnut Creek and Fairways of Walnut Creek, M3 Ranch, South Pointe, Lakes of Creekwood, Strawberry Fields, the Arbors of Creekwood, and the rest of Mansfield.
South Arlington, Midlothian, Burleson, Kennedale, and the rest of Fort Worth and DFW. In Mansfield or nearby? Just ask.
Interior and exterior painting, brick and limewash, stone and stucco work, cabinet refinishing, wood staining, and drywall repair — across the established Walnut Creek homes and the newer master-planned and custom homes. We treat the whole home as one finished look and match the work to what each house is built from.
Yes. We work the established homes around Walnut Creek Country Club and the gated golf-course-lot customs in Fairways of Walnut Creek. Golf-course-facing and west-facing walls take the most sun and fade first, so we plan the prep and the finish around that.
Yes. Most of Mansfield's master-planned communities review exterior color, so submitting your colors before painting matters. We flag your HOA's process during the estimate, help you choose a palette that fits the rules, and bring samples so you can see the colors on your own home.
Yes, and it is one of the most popular updates on the brick-and-stone homes here. We lighten or whiten dated brick with breathable finishes or limewash rather than heavy paint that seals the surface, which modernizes an exterior more than almost anything else.
Yes. The open-concept gourmet kitchens here are a natural for refinished cabinets — we degrease, prep, and spray a durable finish, not brushed wall paint, so it holds up. It is the fastest way to bring a kitchen current without a full remodel, and we will give you an honest call on refinishing versus replacing.
It depends on the material and the sun. Brick goes a long time, while stucco, wood, and trim need attention sooner, and golf-course-facing and west-facing walls fade first. Many of the newer homes here are hitting their first repaint now, and we will tell you honestly what your home needs rather than putting it on a timer.
