Weatherford is where the metroplex runs out and Texas ranch country starts. It is the seat of Parker County and the Cutting Horse Capital of the World, with a courthouse square that is one of the best known in the state, and the homes here are not the metro pattern. They come in three kinds, and the painting follows each one.
The first, and the one Weatherford is built on, is the equestrian and ranch estate. This is the best horse-property market in the greater Fort Worth area - acreage with sandy-loam footing, barns and arenas, and custom ranch homes set well back from the road, in places like Canyon Creek Ranch, Clear Creek Estates, Canyon West, and Quail Springs Ranch. Painting a property like this is more than the house. It is the fencing, the gates, the barn, the stables, and the pergolas and outdoor living, all of it wood sitting in full sun, plus a big custom home to do right. We come out to the acreage and treat the whole place as the job.
The second is the historic home. The registered district around the 1886 courthouse square holds Victorians, Italianate façades, and Craftsman bungalows with wraparound porches and original detail, and painting them is careful, period work. The wood siding and the gingerbread trim are what give these homes their character, so the prep has to be right, the color has to suit the era, and because they predate 1978 we treat them as lead-safe from the start. The square's homes are also overseen by the Historic Preservation Commission, so exterior color may need approval, and we handle that.
The third is the custom homes in the affluent towns around Weatherford - Annetta and Annetta South, Hudson Oaks, Willow Park, Brock, and Aledo just down the road, where we already work - along with the gated homes out by Lake Weatherford and established neighborhoods like The Heights and Grand Oaks. We are a Fort Worth company, and Weatherford is our western edge, out past Aledo, so coming to Parker County is part of what we do. Whichever of the three your home is, the idea holds: match the work to the place, prep it for the country sun and wind, and leave it clean.
From a ranch estate on acreage to a Victorian on the square, we handle the whole property. Here is what that covers.
Walls, trim, and ceilings, from the open, high-ceilinged rooms in the custom ranch homes to bringing a dated interior current. Low-odor products and clean work that keeps the home livable while we go, whether it is a few rooms or a whole-home refresh.
The Victorian, Italianate, and Craftsman homes around the courthouse square, painted with the care period homes need - proper prep on the wood siding and detailed trim, period-appropriate color, lead-safe work, and the Historic Preservation Commission's color approval handled for you.
The full exterior, washed, prepped, and repainted for the country sun and wind that are hard on a finish out here. Brick, stone, stucco, and wood-sided homes alike, body and trim, plus lightening or whitening dated brick when that is the update you want.
The wood a horse property is full of - fencing, gates, barns, stables, arenas, and pergolas - stained and sealed with the right product for each so it holds up outdoors instead of graying. The part of an acreage estate most painters do not want to deal with, and a big part of keeping one looking right.

Whether it is one room, a full exterior, or a property's worth of fencing, we keep the job organized, clean, and easy to live around from the first walkthrough to the last.
We come out, walk the property, look at the materials and condition, help with color, and flag any Historic Preservation Commission or HOA approval for exterior work. You get a clear written estimate with no guesswork.
Prep is where the finish is won, especially out here. We wash, scrape, sand, caulk, prime, and repair wood and stucco, and cover what needs protecting before any paint or stain goes on.
The same crew runs your job start to finish, low-odor inside and careful outside, matching the right product to the house, the trim, and the outdoor wood. We keep the site clean and clean up at the end of every day.
We walk it with you at the end, touch up anything that needs it, and do not call it done until it looks right up close - house, trim, and wood alike.
We are a Fort Worth company, based off Cordova Avenue, and Weatherford is our western edge - out past Aledo, where we already work, so Parker County is part of our map, not a stretch. We know these homes, from the ranch and equestrian estates on acreage to the historic Victorians on the square and the custom homes in Annetta, Hudson Oaks, and out by the lake, and the wood, fencing, and barns that come with a horse property.
You get careful work, clean job sites, color expertise, and an honest read on what your home and property need. We keep the same crew on your job from the first walkthrough to the last, and we are easy to reach the whole way through.

Yes, and the whole property, not just the house. We paint the big custom ranch homes and stain the fencing, gates, barns, stables, arenas, and pergolas a horse property is full of — a lot of wood in full sun that needs the right product to last. We come out to the acreage and treat it all as the job.
Yes. We paint the Victorian, Italianate, and Craftsman homes around the courthouse square with the care they need — proper prep on the wood siding and detailed trim, period-appropriate color, and lead-safe work since they predate 1978. We also handle the Historic Preservation Commission's exterior color approval where it applies.
Yes, and it is a big part of the work out here. Parker County horse properties carry a lot of wood — fencing, gates, barns, arenas, and pergolas — and we use the right stain for each so it holds up to the sun instead of graying, with a maintenance plan so you are not stripping it down the road.
We do. We are a Fort Worth company that already works Aledo just down the road, so Weatherford and Parker County are part of our map, not a stretch. Coming out to the acreage and the surrounding towns is a normal part of what we do.
